Through RICHCR, we help you to avoid housing you can't afford, homelessness, or live in unsafe, hazardous or unhealthy conditions.  Our goal is to help you remain in your home and/or establish self-sufficiency through quality education and counseling to obtain housing stability, homeownership and financial security.
